Able2Extract Professional 5.0.0.0 is a program that allows to view and convert PDF, HTML and text files into Excel, Word and more.
First, you must open your desired file clicking on the "File" menu item. Then you must select the data you wish to convert, using your mouse or the "Select" menu. Now you can choose the desired output format, being it Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HTML or text. According to the chosen format, you will be required to define additional parameters (e.g. in Word you can convert using the Standard, Form, Frames or Text Only subformats. Then, you can choose to have the result in .DOC or .RTF format). In the 7 days trial version you will be able to convert documents with up to three sheets.
At this point, you must specify where to save the output file, and the name that you want to give to it.
The result will be displayed, after saving it, with the proper program. You will see, then, that it retains all the information with the fonts, colors and size of the original. |
